When a home visit is enough
A home visit suits many typical holiday problems, for example diarrhoea and vomiting, sunburn, earache after swimming or a cold. The doctor examines you and tells you if you need hospital care.
When to call 123 and go to hospital
- severe chest pain or difficulty breathing
- loss of consciousness, seizure or confusion
- suspected stroke
- heavy bleeding or serious injury
A home visit is not a replacement for an emergency room. If in doubt, call 123.

We come to your hotel room or accommodation, examine you and set the price in writing first. You receive a report and invoice in English for your insurance.
