Doctor home visit in Hurghada
A doctor comes to your hotel room or accommodation. We coordinate in German and English and tell you the price in writing first.
What we offer
A doctor examines you first. If it is medically useful, more can follow: a specialist, ECG, ultrasound, X-ray, lab tests or an infusion. Tests and infusions are only offered when medically justified. You can decline any step.
Where we come
Hurghada, Sahl Hasheesh, Makadi Bay and Soma Bay. Travel is included in the fixed price or shown there.
How it works
- Message us on WhatsApp with your accommodation and that you would like a doctor. Please do not send health details by WhatsApp.
- We tell you the doctor, the fixed price and the arrival time in writing.
- The doctor examines you on site and explains the plan.
- You receive a report and invoice in English, for example for your travel insurance.
When to call 123
- severe chest pain or difficulty breathing
- loss of consciousness, seizure or confusion
- suspected stroke (drooping face, weakness, speech problems)
- heavy bleeding or serious injury
A home visit is not a replacement for an emergency room. If in doubt, call 123.
Prices
The final fixed price is confirmed in writing before the visit. No hidden costs: no service fee, no extra charges afterwards.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to pay straight away?
The price is given in writing before the visit. We also agree how to pay beforehand on WhatsApp.
Do I get papers for my insurance?
Yes. You receive a report and invoice in English. Please check with your insurer whether they reimburse.
Do you come at night?
Yes, we take requests around the clock. On average we reach you after about 1 hour. At night (10 pm to 10 am) or when we are busy it can take longer. We give you the arrival time in writing before you agree.
