We organise your doctor visit in German and English. Doctors carry out the treatment itself. Not every attending doctor speaks German.
Coordination and treatment are separate
Coordination means: we take your request, agree accommodation, doctor, fixed price and arrival time with you, and support the communication. The medical examination and treatment are carried out by the doctor.
Which language does the doctor speak?
That depends on the doctor. Not every attending doctor speaks German. Before the visit we tell you which language the treatment will be in. You receive the report and invoice in English.

Privacy
Please do not send health details by WhatsApp. Discuss symptoms with the doctor on site.
Emergencies
- severe chest pain or difficulty breathing
- loss of consciousness, seizure or confusion
- suspected stroke
- heavy bleeding or serious injury
A home visit is not a replacement for an emergency room. If in doubt, call 123.
Prices
Coordination in German and English carries no service fee. No hidden costs: no service fee, no extra charges afterwards.

Does the doctor speak German?
Not in every case. Before the visit we tell you the language of the treatment.
Why is the report in English?
An English report is usually easier to submit to travel insurers abroad. Whether your insurer accepts it is for them to confirm with you.
How we work
We come to your hotel room or accommodation, examine you and set the price in writing first. You receive a report and invoice in English for your insurance.
