Up to 30 minutes included, 30–45 minutes +€15, 45–60 minutes +€25. No other travel fees. No hidden fees: no service charge, no extra bill afterwards. What is charged is in the written fixed price beforehand.

How it works

Choose “As soon as possible” or “Reserve for later”, then send us your request.
We check availability and confirm the doctor, time, and fixed price in writing. Only then is the visit confirmed.
The doctor visits you. Invoice and report arrive by e-mail, in English.

Does your hotel have its own clinic? For care it can provide, it is often the natural first stop. We are an additional option if you ask for us, the hotel clinic is unavailable, or the service you need is not offered there. In an emergency, please use your hotel’s emergency process and the local emergency number first.

We visit you wherever you are staying. If your hotel needs visitors to register, please tell us. If a visit there is not possible, we will gladly meet you somewhere else.

If medically justified, the doctor issues a medical certificate after the examination that you can show your employer. A certificate is issued only after an examination.

Is German spoken?

Rotmeer Medica: home visits in Hurghada with German coordination for booking, price and questions. Not every doctor speaks German; our coordinator translates where needed. Fixed price first, report and invoice in English for your insurer.

What does a doctor visit in the hotel room cost?

With us €59 for the examination, fixed price in writing first, travel paid once per visit (up to 30 minutes included). Consumables and medication are included in the IV price.

Will my insurance refund the costs?

Your insurer decides. You get a report and invoice in English from us with every item listed, as insurers need.

Where do you work?

Across the Hurghada area, wherever you are staying, up to 60 minutes’ travel from us.
